1. What's included in each kit?
Every kit includes pre-cut cardboard pieces, illustrated instructions, water colours, plastic beads, glue and a paint brush. No scissors, or additional tools needed!

2. Are the kits suitable for my child's age?
Our kits range from ages 4+ to 14+. Each product page shows the recommended age range and difficulty level. Younger children may need adult assistance with more complex kits.

3. What's your return policy?
We offer 2-day returns on unopened kits. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Damaged items are replaced free of charge.

4. Are CORRUGA kits really eco-friendly?
Yes! All our kits are made from 100% recyclable FSC-certified cardboard. Our packaging is plastic-free and our inks are water based.

5. Do you offer classroom discounts?

6. How long does it take to build?
Most models snap together within 45-60 mins. It's a chill solo project or a lively family session.

7. Can I customise my kit?
Yes! We have thoughtfully added a small set of basic water colours and paint brush. Each model is a blank canvas.

8. What if I'm missing a piece?
No stress! Contact our support crew and we will send the missing piece right away - no kit left behind.

Every animal kit comes with cool facts and conservation tips. Build, learn, and help protect the wildlife - one kit at a time.
