• How long does shipping take?

  Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days.

• What's included in each kit?

  Every kit includes pre-cut cardboard pieces, illustrated instructions, watercolours, plastic beads, glue and a paintbrush. No scissors or additional tools needed!

• Are the kits suitable for my child's age?

  Our kits range from Ages 4+ to 14+. Each product page shows the recommended age and difficulty level — younger children (4+) may need some adult help, while the more detailed models (14+) are great for older builders and adults.

• What's your return policy?

  We offer returns on unopened kits within 2 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Damaged items are replaced free of charge.

• Are Corruga kits eco-friendly?

  Yes! All our kits use sustainably sourced corrugated cardboard and non-toxic, child-safe materials.

• Do you offer classroom discounts?

  Absolutely! Please get in touch with us — we'd love to work something out.

• How long does it take to build?

  Child kits snap together in 20–30 minutes, while adult and collector models take around 45–60 minutes. Just follow the steps and watch your kit come alive — great solo or as a family!

• Can I customise my kit?

  Absolutely! We've included a set of watercolours and a paintbrush so you can make it your own. Each kit is a blank canvas — personalise it however you like, or display it as is!

• What if I'm missing a piece?

  We're sorry about that! Contact our support team and we'll send the missing piece right away — no kit left unfinished.

• Do kits include animal facts?

  Every animal kit comes with cool facts and conservation tips. Build, learn, and help protect wildlife — one kit at a time.
